History

Since it was founded in 1993 by Benjamin M. Carter, the company has been centered around a philosophy of teamwork for both its associates as well as it owners and consultants. Every firm with which Ben Carter Properties partners, serves as an extension of its internal team. This approach has enabled the company to form lasting relationships, contributing to the on-going success of Ben Carter Properties.

When initially established, Ben Carter Properties was the development and acquisitions division that worked hand-in-hand with its two sister companies: Ben Carter Associates, which specialized in retail and office brokerage; and CNM Associates, the property management and leasing division jointly owned with a foreign investor. In 2001, both Ben Carter Associates and CNM Associates were dissolved and now all divisions operate under the Ben Carter Properties name.

Today, Ben Carter Properties is a full service real estate firm offering development, leasing, management, brokerage and construction services for retail and office properties.  Ben Carter Properties remains focused on what is does best-quality commercial real estate.
