In the past 16 years, the individuals that comprise Ben Carter Properties have been directly involved in the development or redevelopment of over 9 million square feet of regional malls, power centers, strip centers and office projects totaling over $4 billion in value. Our principals each have an average of 25 years experience in major retail and office developments throughout the Southeast.

The Streets of Buckhead The Streets of Buckhead is a luxury mixed-use community in the heart of heart of Atlanta's cosmopolitan Buckhead neighborhood. The Streets of Buckhead will transform the area formerly known as Buckhead Village - bordered by Pharr Road on the south, Peachtree Road on the west, East Paces Ferry Road on the north and North Fulton Avenue on the east, into a charming and walkable city streetscape offering upscale boutiques, extraordinary restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Upon completion, The Streets of Buckhead will proudly feature nearly 600,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, dedicated to internationally celebrated luxury and lifestyle brands like Oscar de la Renta, Hermes, Etro, Bottega Veneta, Domenico Vacca, and Loro Piana; stylish restaurants, including Japonais and La Goulue Bistro; and luxury residential units. Esplanade at St. Johns Esplanade at St. Johns is currently under development on a 130-acre retail site situated at the northeast quadrant of I-95 and International Golf Parkway in St. Augustine, Florida. This open-air project is part of a master-planned development which includes 1 million square feet of office and 1,000 new homes. The retail component, conceived as a "Main Street" style outdoor shopping village, will feature 4 department stores, 4 specialty anchors, a 50,000 square foot theater, 241,000 square feet of shops, 51,000 square feet of restaurants and 15 outparcels equaling 150,000 square feet. The grand opening is scheduled for March 2010. |
