St. Johns Town Center

Phase I of St. Johns Town Center celebrated its Grand Opening in March 2005. This upscale, mixed-use development includes 1 million square feet of retail, dining and entertainment choices including Maggiano's, The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Dillard's, Barnes & Noble, Dick's Sporting Goods, Staples, Ross, Old Navy, DSW, Jo-Ann, PetsMart and Target.

St. Johns Town Center (Phase II)

St. Johns Town Center, is a 1,500,000 square foot upscale, retail development situated at J. Turner Butler Boulevard and I-295 in Jacksonville, Florida. Phase I of this mixed-use project, opened in March 2005. Phase II, which opened in October 2007, features 400,000 square foot of additional retail and restaurants, among them Abercrombie, Betsey Johnson, Brooks Brothers, BCBG, Coach, Juicy Couture, Louis Vuitton, Lululemon, MetroPark, Pottery Barn, Puma, True Religion, MAC, Urban Outfitters and West Elm.

Columbus Park Crossing (Phase I)

This 637,000 square foot power center located in Columbus, Georgia, celebrated its Grand Opening in 2003. Serving as the centerpiece of a 400-acre, master-planned development, Columbus Park Crossing is anchored by Bed, Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, Circuit City, Marshalls, Ross, Staples, Toys 'R Us, Old Navy, Carmike Cinemas and Sears.

Columbus Park Crossing South

This 375,000 square foot shopping center is part of the master-planned, Columbus Park Crossing development, which opened in 2003.   The exciting tenant line-up consists of the nation's leading retailers including:  Kohl's (Opened Fall 2006), Dick's Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, Petco, Super Wal-Mart, Sam's, Ulta, Kirkland's, Red Robin, Wachovia, Columbus Community Bank, Shogun Japanese Steakhouse, Justice, S&K Famous Brands, Great Clips, Maurices and Quizno's.  Columbus Park Crossing South opened Spring 2007.

Conyers Crossroads

A 358,000 square foot power center located in Conyers, Georgia (Rockdale County) is anchored by Kohl's, Old Navy, Michael's, Staples, Circuit City, Carmike Cinemas, Red Lobster, On the Border and Chuck E. Cheese. The center opened in 2000 and spurred additional retail developments in this under-served market. This property has been sold.


Conyers Crossroads, (Phase II)

A 124,567 square foot shopping center located in Conyers, Georgia (Rockdale County) anchored by Belk Department Store. This is the second phase of Ben Carter Properties original Conyers Crossroads development, which opened in 2000. This property has been sold.


Mall of Georgia

Located at Mill Creek, near the towns of Lawrenceville, Sugar Hill and Buford in Gwinnett County, this 1.7 million square foot retail and entertainment destination opened in August 1999, and was among the first mall properties to incorporate an outdoor Village featuring retail and restaurants surrounding a greenspace and entertainment area. Anchor tenants include Dillard's, Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, JCPenney, Macy's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Restoration Hardware, P.F. Chang's, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Regal Cinemas 20 & IMAX 3-D (the only 3-D IMAX in the state) and over 200 specialty shops and boutiques. This property has been sold.


Mall of Georgia Crossing

This 440,000 square foot power center adjacent to the Mall of Georgia is anchored by Best Buy, Target, TJ Maxx 'n More, Nordstrom Rack, American Signature and Staples and opened in conjunction with the regional mall. This property has been sold.
