Ben Carter Properties’ asset management division currently oversees a portfolio of over 20 projects in 4 states totaling approximately 8 million square feet of retail and office properties throughout the Southeast valued at over $1 billion.

Through a very team-oriented process, each property is carefully analyzed to seek out inefficiencies and implement new time and cost saving programs to improve the property’s performance. We have the capability to promote properties and operators to increase retail sales through creative marketing initiatives, such as on-site events and promotional programs.
